Job Title: Sales Support Manager

Description: The Sales Support Manager is responsible for overseeing and providing guidance for Design Consultant resolution of post-sale issues. This individual serves as a liaison between other departments and the design consultant as it relates to that resolution. Key job functions include reviewing and processing post-sale documents, overseeing the completion of outstanding order tasks, and navigating and resolving post-sale problems between Furnitureland South clients and design consultants when an escalation occurs.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited University and two to four years of sales or sales management experience, or five years furniture sales / sales management experience. Experience with Net Suite Software a plus.
