Description: Sunset West, a division of Hooker Furnishings Corp., is currently recruiting for a production scheduler to oversee the product and control of its cut-and-sew department. This candidate will prepare and review production schedules for proper sequencing of products for maximum workflow. They will also process production orders while maintaining work released and scheduled while coordinating raw materials to ensure a continued and steady pace of product flow.
Qualifications:
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience using ERP-based MRP system (D365 highly desirable), Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Previous experience in inventory or production control preferably in a Cut & Sew environment.
- Fluent in Spanish
