Description: The Retail Training Specialist (RTS) plays an important role in the performance of the Kingsdown Sales organization by improving the company’s balance of share on the sales floor through product knowledge education of the retail sales associate, maintenance of Kingsdown product displays, and day-to-day schedule and interactions within Kingsdown’s retail customers.
This person will provide product knowledge and literacy education for retail sales associates ensuring effective presentation of the features and benefits of Kingsdown portfolio products to consumers. They will follow planned routes to visit assigned retail store locations once a month and provide in-store competitive intelligence on current Kingsdown product effectiveness and performance.
Qualifications:
- 2-year college degree or greater, preferred but not required
- 1-2 years of bedding sales experience.
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
- Credit Card in your name.
- Ability to be in the field for local or extended travel as needed to effectively perform job duties.
