Responsibilities include:
- Full P&L responsibility: Review income statement, analyze variances, and initiate plans to address problem areas
- Partner with the Sales team to support and manage customer relationships
- Manage the effectiveness of the operations, including staffing levels, production scheduling, minimizing scrap, improving quality, and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Oversee operations, and partner with leaders in HR, Quality, Customer Service, Engineering, and Accounting
- Manage and direct all aspects of the branch and help provide the tools to succeed in a profitable and safe manner
To be successful in the role, a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required, and the applicant must have at least 5 years of manufacturing and/or warehousing management experience, including P&L
